Q Can I change cellular service providers and still keep my current cell phone number?
A Porting is the cellular customer's ability to keep and take an active wireless number to any cellular service provider they wish. (Warning: A customer who ports from one provider to another in the middle of a contract period may incur an early termination fee.)

Q How often can I get a new cell phone?
A Customers will qualify for a new phone, with discounts, after satisfying minimum term requirements. Example: Completion of 10 continuous months of service of a one year commitment or 22 months of continuous service of a 24 month commitment.

Q Can I leave my cell phone on charging all night, or is that bad for the battery?
A With the new Lithium Ion batteries and "smart" rapid chargers, which are standard on most new cell phones, you can charge your phone each night without fear of diminished battery performance. The new chargers are "smart" enough to fully charge the battery and then shut off. The new batteries hold a stronger, longer charge.
